3. 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

Ok, so I know this picture might look a little weird, but this was so good!! Very easy!! I will defiantly make this again! Jesse like it too!

Pork Stir Fry

Pork Stir Fry
1. 2 Boneless Pork Loin Chops (cut into 1/4-inch strips)
2. 1 Bag (14 oz.) Frozen Oriental Stir-Fry Vegetables/Seasoning Pack
3. 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
4. 2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Heat to medium high temperature and add pork strips. Stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Add vegetables, cover and cook 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water, vegetable seasoning pack, soy sauce and oil. Cook, stirring until mixtures is heated through. Serve over rice.

This was alright. I kinda messed it up a little. I didn't get the vegetable stir-fry that comes with a seasoning pack. So it probably could have been better. It tasted alright, like a normal stir-fry.

Quick Meat Balls

Quick Meat Balls
1. 2 Pounds Lean Ground Meat
2. 1/2 Pound Sausage
3. 1 Box (6oz.) Stove Top Dressing
4. 3 Eggs

Mix above ingredients and  shape into balls. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Oh my goodness!! This is so good and so easy! This will probably be my 'go to every time' meat ball recipe. It makes a lot too.

Turkey Salad

Turkey Salad
1. 3 Cups Cooked Cubed Turkey Breasts
2. 1 Can (16 oz.) Pineapple Tidbits (drained)
3. 1 Can (8 oz.) Sliced Water Chestnuts (drained)
4. 4 Green Onions (sliced)
Combine above ingredients and serve with a fat free honey mustard dressing. 6 Servings.

This was actually pretty good. I didn't think I would like it because I don't like green onions and I didn't have any honey mustard. I didn't put as many onions in it though. But it was OK. I didn't ask Jesse to eat it. He was sick and I didn't want to be too mean.

BBQ CUPS

BBQ Cups

Bake 400 Degrees
12 Minutes

1. 1 Pound of Lean Ground Beef
2. 1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce
3. 1 Can Refrigerator Biscuits
4. 3/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Brown meat, drain. Add barbecue sauce and set aside. Place biscuits in ungreased muffin cups, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon mean mixture into cups. Sprinkles with cheese. Bake. Serves 4-5.

I liked this a lot! I didn't really measure anything, and I only had regular bbq sauce. So I put a little Catalina salad dressing to make it sweeter. It was so easy and kinda fast. Jesse ate it too... He said it wasn't wonderful or anything, it tasted like sloppy joes. But he ate all that I gave him, so that made me happy! :)
