Creamy Dill Dip

Creamy Dill Dip

1. 1 Cup Miracle Whip
2. 2 Tablespoons Onion (finely chopped)
3. 1 Tablespoon Milk
4. 1 Teaspoon Dill

I actually cut my finger when I was 'finely chopping' the onions! It was just a little cut though. I liked this dip more than any other I have made, yet. It was really good. I thought a red onion would make it look pretty, and after it sat overnight it was kinda pinkish. Fun! I made a double batch because this was not very much.

Graham Cracker Crust

Graham Cracker Crust

1. 1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
2. 2 Tablespoons Sugur
3. 6 Tablespoons Butter (Melted)

Combine all ingredients and press evenly into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Cheesecake

This was so stinking easy! And it is really good too. It was fun to say that I made a cheesecake. I have made it a couple of times, but I think i cooked it too long this time. However, it was still good.

Unbaked Graham Cracker Crust
Cheesecake
1. 3 packages (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese
2. 1 Cup Sugar
3. 5 Eggs
4. 1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

Cream the cream cheese and eggs, adding one egg at a time. Add sugar and vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 1 hour and 350 degrees, or until center is set.

Dill Dip

I'm not sure if I don't like dill or if this dip is just not very good, but I didn't like it very much. It was ok, but just ok.

Dill Dip
1. 1 Carton (12 oz.) Cottage Cheese
2. 2 1/2 Teaspoons Dill (I put about 1 1/2)
3. 1/4 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
4. 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend at low speed. Refrigerate several hours for better flavor. Sprinkle with additional dill and serve with fresh vegetables.

Cottage Cheese Dip

I'm not a big baking/cooking person. I like to do it, but, my husband does not eat food (ok he does eat food but he only likes what he is used to), so I don't like to cook if he wont eat it. However, we received a "Four Ingredient Cook Book" for a wedding present and I have decided to make everything in this cookbook. Even if it takes me a decade I am determined to do this.
Here is the first thing in the cook book:

Cottage Cheese Dip
1. 1 Carton (24 oz.) Cottage Cheese
2. 1 Envelope Herb-Ox Dry Broth Mix
(this was hard to find, I ended up just using a spoonful from a jar not envelope)
3. 1/3 Cup Milk

Blend all ingredients, chill and serve with chips or fresh vegetables.

(I put some herbs on the top to make it look good. lol)
